The hotel IS part of the sediment system. Rainwater flows through roof gardens, gravel canals, and biofilter cascades — arriving clean to the marina below.

Local fishermen integrated as guides and suppliers. Organic hotel garden. No imports, no waste.

Sedimentation scientifically quantified (Alvarado 2009–2015). The solution is credible.
